Our client, a reputable classic car specialist business based in Hampshire, is seeking a highly experienced Classic Car Workshop Manager to join their prestigious team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a minimum of 10 years’ background in classic vehicles and workshop management, seeking to lead in a luxury environment. Benefits: • Highly competitive salary, dependent on classic car experience • Opportunity to work within an exclusive classic car specialist business • Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm working hours • No weekend work • Manage and lead a team of 8 skilled technicians • Develop and implement efficient workflow processes within the workshop • Engage with high-end clientele, ensuring outstanding customer service • Work in a well-established, award-winning classic car restoration and servicing environment Duties of a Classic Car Workshop Manager: • Lead and manage the daily operations of the classic car workshop • Supervise a team of 8 technicians, maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship • Allocate workflow across the workshop efficiently and effectively • Manage customer expectations through direct communication and front-of-house duties • Oversee vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing in line with industry standards • Develop strategic plans aimed at improving workshop efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall workshop reputation • Maintain strong client relationships, especially within the luxury sector as a Classic Car Workshop Manager • Contribute to the growth and reputation of the business within the classic vehicle sector Requirements of a Classic Car Workshop Manager: • Minimum of 10 years’ experience working within the classic car industry • Proven workshop management experience, ideally with luxury marques such as Aston Martin, Porsche, Jaguar or similar • Strong customer service skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English • Ability to think strategically and implement innovative workshop solutions • Hands-on experience with classic vehicles and a passion for maintaining high standards • Experienced in managing and leading a team in a busy workshop environment • Stable background in classic vehicle servicing or restoration This vacancy offers a unique chance for a motivated Classic Car Workshop Manager to advance their career within a prestigious, quality-driven business.
