Cleaner (12.5 hours Part Time)

Cleaner Location: Mayott House, OX14 5DH Hours: 12.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 2.5 hours per day), permanent contract Salary: £8,742.50 (pro rata) We are seeking a friendly, reliable and self-motivated Cleaner to join our team at Mayott House, helping to provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities · Cleaning and maintaining communal areas, lounges, dining areas and guest rooms to a high standard. · Ensuring all areas are clean, tidy and free from hazards. · Using cleaning products safely and in accordance with COSHH requirements. · Monitoring and ordering cleaning supplies and maintaining accurate stock records. · Carrying out routine health and safety checks and maintaining accurate records. · Reporting repairs and health and safety concerns promptly. · Taking residents' needs into account when planning daily tasks. About You · Positive, flexible and proactive approach to work. · Able to work independently and use own initiative. · Understanding of the needs of older people. · Approachable, helpful and professional. · Able to remain calm under pressure. · Previous cleaning experience desirable.
