School Cleaner Position: School Cleaner Location: Menston, Leeds Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 6:00pm (15 hours per week) Pay Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment within a school setting. Key Responsibilities: • Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets, and communal areas. • Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately. • Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting. • Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained at all times. • Following health and safety procedures and school policies. Essential Requirements: • Previous cleaning experience, preferably within a school, commercial, or similar environment. • Full UK driving licence. • Access to a reliable vehicle. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Safeguarding: This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check. The successful applicant must be able to pass all relevant safeguarding and background checks in line with school requirements.
