CleanerLocation: EX10 9TE Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour PAYE Hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 7:30am - 3:30pm About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain high standards of cleanliness across public buildings and facilities. This is a hands on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring communal areas, washrooms and other facilities are kept clean, safe and presentable for residents, staff and visitors. Responsibilities • Cleaning offices, communal areas and public facilities • Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors • Cleaning and sanitising washrooms and replenishing supplies • Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately • Dusting and wiping surfaces • Reporting maintenance issues, damages or health and safety concerns • Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly • Working as part of a team to maintain high cleanliness standards Requirements • Reliable, punctual and hardworking • Good attention to detail • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Good timekeeping and attendance record • Able to carry out physical duties, including standing and lifting where required • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience would be beneficial but is not essential • Understanding of health and safety procedures is advantageous Apply NowIf you're interested in this opportunity, please apply to this advert and Kim will be in touch. --- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
