Job Description: • Regularly emptying and clearing rubbish • Replacing any failed light bulbs • Reporting all maintenance issues to head office • Mopping, dusting, vacuuming • Cleaning of communal areas such as lobbies, stairwells, and landings Qualifications and Skills: • Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications: Full valid UK Driving Licence. • Be able to demonstrate good organisational skills. • The ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong sense of time keeping. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
