Temporary Cleaner - Holiday Cover Royston (SG8) £13.45 per hour Start Date: 28th July Temporary Contract Are you reliable, hardworking, and take pride in maintaining a clean and safe working environment? We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Cleaner to provide holiday cover for our client, a well-established organisation within the utilities sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team and make a real difference in a busy factory and warehouse environment. What You'll Be Doing: As a Cleaner, your primary responsibilities will include: • Floor Cleaning: Engage in a significant amount of floor work to ensure a pristine factory/warehouse environment. • Waste Management: Empty bins in both internal and external waste areas to maintain cleanliness. • Sanitary Maintenance: Clean toilets to uphold hygiene standards. Note: Kitchen and office areas are managed by another cleaner, so you can focus on your key tasks! Your Schedule: Week 1: • Tuesday & Wednesday (28th-29th July) - Induction & Shadowing Week 2 & 3: • Tuesday to Friday: - Tuesday-Thursday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break) - Friday: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Onboarding Process: Your first couple of days will be all about getting you settled in! You will undergo: • Site Induction: Familiarise yourself with the environment and safety protocols. • Shadowing: Work alongside experienced team members to understand tasks and expectations. Who We're Looking For: • A reliable individual with a keen eye for detail. • Someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment. • Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not essential; a positive attitude is what really counts!
