Paraplanner – Part-Time (Full-Time Considered)
A highly client-centric financial planning practice is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its team on a part-time basis, although full-time applicants will also be considered.
Working closely with the Practice Principal, you will attend client meetings and provide bespoke paraplanning support, helping to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to contribute beyond traditional paraplanning responsibilities, including reviewing and redesigning processes and procedures, supporting training within the firm, participating in the investment committee, and identifying and implementing technological improvements across the business.
This position would suit a paraplanning professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding client outcomes, enjoys building relationships through face-to-face client interaction, and possesses strong technical paraplanning expertise. You will also have the enthusiasm and initiative to take on additional responsibilities aimed at continually enhancing the firm's advice proposition.
Requirements:
• Strong technical paraplanning experience.
• Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum.
• Working towards Chartered status would be advantageous, although not essential.
• A genuine commitment to client service and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
The Role:
• Part-time office-based position with flexibility around working hours.
• Full-time applicants will also be considered.
Salary & Benefits:
• £40,000 – £60,000 FTE (depending on experience).
