Job Title: Client Service Specialist Location: London Working Pattern: 5 days in office Your role: Are you driven, proactive, and eager to make a difference for clients? You will: • Serve as the primary point of contact for processing client transactions, including stock trades, foreign exchange transactions, loans, and deposits. • Act as the direct liaison for clients’ day-to-day banking needs and administrative requests. • Manage daily client transactions while handling inquiries, issue resolution, and troubleshooting efficiently. • Execute account maintenance and client-related processes, including account opening and closure, suitability assessments, KYC reviews, and due diligence requirements. • Investigate, follow up on, and resolve client inquiries and issues through effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional service. Your expertise: • Experience within the financial services sector, preferably in a client-facing role or other commercially focused position. • Ideally holds a Level 3 qualification or equivalent. • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and quality even in high-pressure situations. • A collaborative team player who remains composed and effective when balancing competing priorities. • Operates with the highest level of discretion, professionalism, tact, and flexibility in response to evolving business needs. • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including deposits, banking, brokerage, custody, investment, and credit solutions. • Excellent relationship management capabilities, with the confidence to demonstrate initiative, exercise sound judgment, and constructively challenge processes or stakeholders when appropriate.
