Client Services Administrator

We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Client Services Executive to manage client projects from sales handover through to delivery. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Manage live client orders and projects • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity • Support the Sales team with quotations, enquiries, and project updates • Provide clients with timely production and delivery updates • Offer technical and commercial guidance to support client decisions • Escalate service or operational concerns when required • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience About You: • Experience in a fast-paced client services, account management, or customer service role • Strong communication and organisational skills • Customer-focused with a commercial mindset • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines • Experience using CRM systems Location - Reading Salary - £28-30k DOE Fully Office Based If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
