We are seeking a personable and relationship-focused Client Relations Executive to play a key role in building and maintaining strong connections with both existing, lapsed and prospective clients. This is a client-centric position where success is measured by the quality of relationships developed, rather than by strict sales targets or KPI-driven activity. You'll engage with clients to understand their business needs, provide support and guidance, and foster trust through regular communication and a consultative approach. COMPANY: Construction CONTRACT: Permanent HOURS: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday START: ASAP SALARY: £30,000- £35,000pa LOCATION: Ringwood CULTURE: Supportive and friendly team culture THE ROLE: • Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients • Proactively contact new and lapsed clients to introduce or reintroduce company services and products • Build initial relationships with prospective clients and generate interest in offerings • Maintain and cleanse the CRM/database, ensuring all contact information is accurate and up to date • Qualify leads and pass relevant opportunities to the appropriate sales team members • Support the wider business development and sales teams with pipeline generation activities • Conduct market and competitor research to support business growth strategies • Track and update outreach activity, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up actions • Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required EXPERIENCE: • Confident communicator with strong telephone and email outreach skills • Ability to build rapport quickly with new and existing clients • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records • Strong attention to detail, particularly when cleansing and managing data • Proactive and self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Contact our team today to hear more about this or other opportunities.
