Job description

Client Services & Reporting Writer (Assistant Vice President) This role supports institutional business development and client servicing through the creation of high-quality client communications, reporting, and questionnaire responses. Key Responsibilities • Draft and manage RFPs, RFIs and DDQs for prospective and existing clients. • Produce regular and ad-hoc institutional client reports and supporting materials. • Analyse and validate investment data for client-facing content and reporting. • Maintain content libraries and ensure consistency across communications. • Support consultant databases, industry surveys and business development initiatives. • Leverage AI and technology to improve efficiency, reporting and content quality. • Collaborate with Sales, Portfolio Managers, Product Specialists, Marketing, and Compliance teams. Requirements • Experience writing RFPs, RFIs and DDQs within asset or investment management. • Strong analytical skills and experience handling investment data. • Good understanding of investment products and ESG considerations. • Advanced Excel and Word skills. • Excellent written communication and organisational abilities.
