The Opportunity We are seeking an exceptional Clinic General Manager to build and lead one of London's most ambitious luxury healthcare businesses. Working directly with the Founder, you will create the operational blueprint for future international expansion. Position Summary The Clinic General Manager will oversee the daily operations, commercial performance and patient experience of the Clinic, with particular responsibility for delivering a premium aesthetics, wellness and regenerative medicine environment. This person will ensure the clinic runs smoothly, the team performs confidently, the patient journey feels exceptional, and all aesthetic treatments, consultations, memberships and programmes are delivered to the highest clinical and luxury service standards. Core Responsibilities Operations Leadership • Own the day-to-day operation of the clinic. • Deliver an exceptional experience for patients and clinicians. • Manage diaries, patient flow and room utilisation. • Oversee suppliers, inventory and clinical equipment. • Maintain luxury standards across all clinic spaces. • Implement and improve operational policies and SOPs. • Coordinate aesthetics, wellness and longevity services. • Support clinicians with scheduling and operational needs. • Ensure equipment is maintained and fully compliant. • Resolve operational issues before they impact patients. • Continuously improve efficiency, profitability and service. Aesthetic Clinic Leadership • Lead the delivery of premium aesthetic services. • Understand injectables, skin, body and regenerative treatments. • Support the launch of new treatments and technologies. • Maintain consistency across treatments, pricing and protocols. • Monitor consultation conversion and treatment uptake. • Drive package, membership and retail sales. • Improve patient retention and lifetime value. • Coach the team on treatments and patient journeys. • Maintain exceptional clinical and service standards. Luxury Patient Experience • Deliver five-star hospitality throughout the patient journey. • Coordinate VIP, concierge and international patient services. • Drive exceptional service standards and patient loyalty. Commercial Performance • Grow memberships, diagnostics, programmes and retail • Track KPIs including revenue, conversions, utilisation and rebooking. Team Leadership • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team. • Conduct performance reviews and build a culture of accountability. Clinician Management • Coordinate visiting clinicians and multidisciplinary care. • Support onboarding and maintain consistent patient experience. Financial Management • Monitor budgets, P&L, stock, purchasing and profitability. • Produce weekly and monthly operational reports. Growth & Business Development • Develop referral partnerships, Founder Circle initiatives and local networking opportunities. Compliance • Maintain CQC, GDPR, Health & Safety and clinical governance standards. Ideal Candidate • 5+ years leading a premium healthcare operation • Strong commercial and financial acumen • Exceptional leadership and communication skills • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented • Experience with private healthcare, aesthetics or longevity medicine preferred • Ideally some experience with aesthetic devices (SofWave, RF, microneedling, LED, body contouring etc.) • Strong understanding of patient consultation and conversion dynamics. • Experience working with high-net-worth and international clients. • Familiarity with clinic management software. • Experience preparing clinics for CQC inspections is highly desirable.
