Clinic Manager

Reception Manager Cheltenham Basic Salary £28,500 + Commission (OTE £30,000-£35,000) We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reception Manager to oversee front-of-house operations within a high-end beauty clinic located in the prestigious area of Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in luxury, aesthetic, or clinic environments who thrives in a client-facing leadership role. Benefits: • 12.5% commission on retail product sales • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with length of service • Company pension scheme • 35% staff discount on all products • Paid day off for your birthday Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the day-to-day front-of-house operations of the Cheltenham clinic • Drive revenue through effective diary management, upselling, and retail performance • Lead, motivate, and support the reception team to deliver exceptional client experiences • Provide a premium level of service to high-net-worth clientele, maintaining a polished and professional approach at all times • Utilise booking software (Zenoti) and analyse KPI reports to optimise performance and efficiency • Foster a positive, high-performing team environment focused on service excellence and commercial success Requirements: • A minimum of 3 years' experience within a beauty, aesthetics, luxury retail, or private clinic environment (essential) • Proven experience working in a high-end, client-focused setting with exposure to premium services or products • Demonstrated ability to lead or supervise a front-of-house or reception team • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving sales and client engagement • Experience using booking systems and working with performance metrics/KPIs • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional service standards Working Hours: This is a full-time, permanent position working Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
