What We're Looking For • Previous customer service, technical support, or account management experience. • Experience within healthcare, clinical research, diagnostics, laboratory services, or life sciences would be advantageous. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail. • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems. • A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently.
