Clinical Fellow Higher (ST3-5/ST6+) in Radiology (Cross Sectional)

The post holder will also be expected to participate in the Senior Radiology Registrar on-call rota, currently a full shift pattern, albeit with Consultant supervision. This timetable will be flexible and chosen by the candidate to include sub-specialist reporting sessions as well and multidisciplinary team meetings. Sub-specialist interest sessions (80%): The successful candidate will have the opportunity to obtain training in a sub-specialist interest with a preference for: Chest/Cardiac Radiology, Gastrointestinal Radiology, Gynaecological & Uroradiology or Oncological Radiology. These can have the opportunity to learn relevant subspeciality interventional skills (e.g. biopsies & drains) and participate in research, audit and teaching at Cambridge University Hospital. General radiology sessions (20%): Reporting chest and body CT, hot seat plain film reporting, general US, presentation at clinico-radiological meetings.
