Job Ref: 4766 JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor PQE: 2+ PQE LOCATION: Essex SALARY: £Excellent (DOE) THE ROLE: • Handle a mix of litigated and non-litigated matters, working closely with an experienced, reputable and supportive team. • You will deal with a mid-high value/ complex claims caseload, including matters such as birth injuries, hospital negligence, dental negligence, misdiagnosis, GP negligence and surgical errors. THE CANDIDATE: • The suitable Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have at least 2 years PQE in dealing with clinical negligence matters on behalf of claimants. • Experience of seeing a case through to trial or settlement post exchange of expert evidence. • An established record of exceptional client care and be comfortable in understanding clients’ needs and dealing with often sensitive injury issues. • Self-motivation and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
