We are an organisation whose purpose is to support Primary Care across Suffolk through collaborative working and the delivery of high-quality NHS community services. Our continence service provides bladder, bowel and stoma care to the people of Suffolk, working alongside primary, secondary and community care partners across Suffolk and North East Essex. Is it for me? We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. We will provide a comprehensive induction alongside ongoing support and development to help you succeed in the role. We are looking for someone who: • Enjoys working as part of a supportive team. • Is organised, adaptable and able to prioritise competing demands. • Has excellent communication and customer service skills. • Has good IT skills. • Pays close attention to detail and maintains accurate records. • Remains calm and professional when working under pressure. • Is committed to providing an excellent experience for patients and colleagues.
