The must haves for this role: • CurrentNMCAdult Nurseregistration • Sexual Health qualification in SRH/ undertaking SRH qualification • Evidence of continuing professional development • Extensive post qualification experience • Ability to work autonomously • Ability to support staff to undertake clinical duties, develop and implement evidence-based practice. • Able to motivate self and team • Able to conduct courageous conversations and support staff with performance issues • Able to manage workload and support others • Good organisational skills • High levelsof effective communication, influencing & interpersonal skills • Ability to deliver holistic care and promote independence • Work collaboratively with peers • Role model being highly visible, approachable, and communicative at all levels • IT, written, and oral skills including presentations • Able to use IT and related software to support data collection For further information about the role, please see attached job description and person specification.
