Positive Support Group Limited (PSG) are a dynamic group of dedicated professionals working in the community and hospital settings across the United Kingdom, with a history of achieving great outcomes for people with complex presentations.We work in close collaboration with multiple agencies including Community Learning Disability Services, ICS/ICBs and Local Authority Services.To be successful in this role, employees will:
• Have a high degree of empathy and a strong value-base.
• Communicate calmly and effectively in situations which may be emotionally challenging.
• Write high-quality reports and present findings to clients, their families / carers and network.
• Support and train others.
• Inspire networks to actively commit to overall aims of work
• Follow all policy and procedures in relation to safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management.
• Maintain the highest standards of record keeping including electronic data entry and recording through professional self-governance in accordance with professional codes of practice, data security requirements and GDPR principles.
• Hold up to date knowledge of legislation, national and local policies, and issues in relation to both the specific client group and your professional qualification.
• Have high levels of professional curiosity and apply that flexibly and dynamically.
