Job description

Application is invited for an exciting Clinical Research Fellowship in Fetal Medicine at the Medway Fetal and Maternal Medicine Centre (MFMC) starting August/September for a 2-year period. The fellowship provides excellent opportunities for obtaining skills in research and clinical Fetal Medicine and management of high-risk pregnancies. There will be opportunities to undertake a research project and work towards peer-reviewed publications. Interested candidate will be supported to register for higher academic degree. The fellow will also learn basic, intermediate and advanced skills in obstetric ultrasound and learn management of high-risk pregnancies. The fellowship encourages candidates to acquire skills in advanced obstetric ultrasound and Fetal Medicine but also to learn developing a designing a research study, management of research databases, statistical analysis and publishing their work in peer-reviewed journals.
