Cluster Facilities Manager Location: Clerkenwell Cluster, London Salary: Generous Salary plus Benefits Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a keen eye for detail and ensuring your buildings are not just compliant and operationally efficient, but that they look great too? Do you thrive on a busy schedule, managing multiple sites and projects? We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage our cluster of buildings: Centro Buildings, Exmouth House, Ink Rooms and Clerkenwell Workshops. With naturally high standards and a positive can-do approach, you will tackle every task with care and ensure all customers have a high-quality experience within their Workspace property. You will focus on creating a clean, safe, thermally comfortable, and operationally excellent environment for our customers whilst also focusing on our Carbon Net-Zero pathway, all on budget and on schedule. You will work with your on-site Centre Management and Facilities Technicians, to deliver a comprehensive you will provide a comprehensive team and customer centric FM delivery. What we need from you • Relevant previous job experience • Vocational training – NEBOSH & FM industry Qualification • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Excellent organisation & time management • Superb people skills • Energy & passion Key Duties • Management of Building Services, maintaining building fabric and a high standard of décor & housekeeping • Health, Safety & Compliance of your Buildings • Driving Sustainability, Energy Saving & Smart Technology/Innovations • Financial Management of Service • Delivering the highest standard of Customer Experience Closing date: 16th August 2026 Shortlist date: 17th August 2026 Interview date: TBC
