CNC Machinist

Elevation Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a well-established Sheffield-based manufacturer to recruit a skilled CNC Machinist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business specialising in high-performance alloys and precision machining, operating in a modern, clean, and highly automated environment. Shift: Rotating Mornings and Afternoons Location: Sheffield Responsibilities: • Operating within a high-tolerance machining cell (CNC turning and honing) • Machining high-value, exotic alloy components • Maintaining ownership of product quality • Working to tight tolerances and production schedules • Completing and maintaining required documentation • Carrying out planned health & safety checks • Maintaining high housekeeping standards • Supporting wider team and undertaking additional duties as required Requirements: • Experience in small to medium batch CNC turning • Ideally experienced with Fanuc and/or Mazatrol controls • Exposure to milling processes advantageous • Experience working with exotic alloys beneficial (not essential) • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset • Able to work effectively in a team environment • Flexible and adaptable approach • Basic computer literacy (MS Office) If you’re a CNC Machinist looking to join a forward-thinking manufacturer with excellent facilities and long-term stability, we’d love to hear from you.
