Due to continued growth they are now looking for a CNC Turning Team Leader to join their Machine Shop team. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of CNC machinists, setters and operators whilst supporting production, programming and continuous improvement activities. Working closely with Quality, Production Engineering and Maintenance, you will ensure components are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. THE ROLE: * Leading and developing a team of CNC Turners, Setters and Operators to achieve production targets * Supporting CNC programming, setting and machining of precision components using Mazatrol controls * Coordinating production schedules, machine utilisation and departmental performance * Driving continuous improvement, quality standards and process optimisation across the machine shop * Working closely with Engineering, Quality and Production teams on new and existing manufacturing projects THE PERSON: * Experience within CNC Turning, Programming and Setting in a manufacturing environment * Previous experience leading or supervising a machining or production team * Strong knowledge of Mazatrol controls and CNC machining processes * Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications * Looking for training, development and long-term career progression Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
