You will play a key role in supporting the Accounting & Finance department by ensuring timely and accurate collections. Description • Manage and monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. • Communicate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues. • Prepare and maintain accurate records of collection activities. • Support the Accounting & Finance team with reconciliations and reporting. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during the collection process. • Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide excellent customer service. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve collection processes and reduce overdue accounts. • Assist with ad hoc tasks as required by the department. Profile A successful Collections Specialist should have: • Previous experience in a collections or credit control role within the professional services industry. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office tools. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • A solution-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
