Account Executive: Location: Warwick Package: Salary up to £30,000 base + Uncapped Monthly Commission Are you an Account Executive tired of being an administrator who is occasionally allowed to visit a client? We are working with a well-established, independent broker in Warwick that is looking to break that cycle. They don't want a processor- they want a business builder. The Opportunity This firm understands that your time is most valuable when you are in front of clients, not behind a screen. They have invested in a dedicated Account Handler for this role, ensuring you spend your day focused on strategy and relationships, while the technical heavy lifting is taken care of. What You'll Be Doing • Own the Relationship: Act as the face of the business, managing a quality SME portfolio with clear scope to transition into more complex, larger risks. • Focus on New Business: With dedicated handling support, you'll have the capacity to network, build your pipeline, and win new business in your chosen specialism. • Drive Your Own Success: No "corporate" commission caps or complex sliding scales. You'll be rewarded directly for your results with an uncapped monthly commission structure. What We're Looking For • Experience: You have 5+ years of industry experience and know commercial insurance inside out. • Client-Ready: You can walk into a meeting, identify a client's unique risk profile, and win the business without relying on a script. • Ambition: You are a high-performer currently trapped in a "low-output" environment.
