| Commercial Lettings Negotiator | Up to £50,000 Basic | Company Car or Car Allowance | Experienced in commercial property and looking to join a growing consultancy? We're recruiting for a Commercial Lettings Negotiator to join a leading property consultancy with an outstanding reputation across Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to work across a diverse portfolio while playing a key role in the continued growth of an expanding commercial team. You'll be responsible for developing client relationships, negotiating commercial transactions, and generating new business across the region. The Role As a Commercial Lettings Negotiator, you will: • Conduct commercial property viewings with prospective occupiers and purchasers • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their commercial property requirements • Negotiate lease terms, acquisitions, disposals, and other commercial property transactions • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive business development • Prepare property particulars, marketing materials, and online listings • Manage enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider property consultancy • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the transaction Commercial Lettings Negotiator Requirements • RICS qualified or hold an equivalent professional qualification • Previous experience within commercial property agency • Strong understanding of the commercial property market • Knowledge of the Essex market is advantageous • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload • Professional, proactive, and commercially minded approach • Full UK driving licence What's on Offer? • Basic salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience) • Company car or car allowance • Competitive company pension scheme • Professional development and support with industry qualifications • Clear career progression opportunities • Employee referral rewards programme • Free parking at office locations • Friendly, supportive, and collaborative working environment Working Hours • Full-time • Monday to Friday • 9:00am – 5:30pm Apply Today!
