Senior Associate Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE) Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire Legal 500 Firm A leading Legal 500-ranked law firm is seeking an ambitious and technically strong Senior Associate Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ years’ PQE) to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution team based in Gerrards Cross. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial litigator looking to take on high-quality, complex work within a collaborative and forward-thinking team, with clear progression prospects and direct exposure to senior partners and key clients. The Role You will manage a varied and challenging caseload of high-value and complex disputes for a broad client base including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, corporates, directors, shareholders and high-net-worth individuals. Your work will include: • Complex commercial contract disputes • Shareholder, partnership and wider corporate disputes • Injunctions and other urgent applications • Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes • Insolvency-related litigation • Regulatory and compliance disputes • Strategic dispute avoidance and risk management advice You will also play an active role in business development, client relationship management and mentoring junior team members. About You You will be: • A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation • Experienced in managing complex, high-value disputes independently • Technically excellent with strong drafting and analytical skills • Commercially minded with exceptional client-handling abilities • A collaborative team player with leadership potential • Ambitious and motivated to progress within a respected Legal 500 practice Experience of urgent injunctive work, cross-border matters and insolvency disputes would be advantageous.
