Commercial Property Locum | West Midlands | Immediate Start | Ongoing Assignment We are currently working with a well-regarded firm in the West Midlands seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join their team on an immediate, ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support a busy department while the firm recruits on a permanent basis. The Role: • Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters • Work to include acquisitions, disposals, leases, and general landlord & tenant work • Managing files independently from instruction through to completion Key Requirements: • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner • Strong background in Commercial Property • Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision • Experience using CMS Leap is essential Details: • Location: West Midlands • Start Date: ASAP • Duration: Ongoing until permanent recruitment is complete • Flexible working arrangements may be available If you are available at short notice and interested in this opportunity, please get in touch for further details.
