I'm working exclusively with one of South Wales' most established and respected regional law firms, which is looking to appoint an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor into its growing team. This is a genuinely fantastic environment for an NQ to develop, with the support, mentoring and quality of work that many larger firms simply can't offer. The team advises an impressive client base ranging from developers, investors and owner-managed businesses through to agricultural organisations, housing associations and major lending institutions. You'll be given responsibility from an early stage, without ever feeling like you're on your own. Culture is a genuine selling point. The firm has built its reputation on being supportive, approachable and down-to-earth, with a collaborative environment where people stay for the long term. Flexible working is embedded into the business, alongside a strong focus on wellbeing, career development and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I've recently placed an NQ into another department within the firm, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive-they're thriving, feel genuinely supported and couldn't be happier with the move. What's on offer? • Salary of £35,000-£40,000 (depending on experience) • Flexible and hybrid working • Clear progression from day one • High-quality commercial property work • Strong mentoring and structured support • Private medical cover • Enhanced family-friendly policies • Life assurance • Matched pension contribution • Additional Christmas leave • Wellbeing initiatives and employee assistance programme • A firm with an outstanding reputation for retaining and developing its people Whether you're approaching qualification or have up to two years' PQE, this is an excellent opportunity to build your Commercial Property career within a firm that genuinely invests in its lawyers.
