Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a leading London law firm on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. Working within a busy Commercial Real Estate team, you will support on a broad range of property matters while gaining exposure to high-quality work and clients. Client Details Our client is a well-established London law firm with a strong reputation for advising on complex and high-value real estate transactions. Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to delivering exceptional client service, the firm offers a supportive environment and exposure to market-leading work. Description • Assisting fee earners with commercial real estate transactions. • Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence. • Carrying out property searches and reviewing title documentation. • Managing completions, registrations and post-completion matters. • Preparing reports and transaction documents. • Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors and other third parties. • Managing files and ensuring client records are maintained accurately. • Supporting the wider team with administrative and transactional tasks as required. • Contributing to the efficient progression of matters and transactions from instruction through to completion. Profile • Previous paralegal experience within a property or real estate team. • Commercial Real Estate experience, ideally gained within a City or well-regarded law firm. • Strong technical understanding of real estate transactions and property procedures. • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. • The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • A proactive and team-oriented approach. • Full UK working rights. • Availability to start within one month's notice or less preferred.
