Description The Commercial Property Partner will be: * Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters including development, investment and corporate occupier work * Managing and developing relationships with existing clients across Yorkshire and the wider region * Acting for developers, investors, corporate occupiers and private clients on complex transactions * Helping the continued growth and strategic development of the Commercial Property team * Working closely with the Head of Property on departmental initiatives and business planning * Identifying and securing new business opportunities through networking and relationship building * Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the team * Providing commercially focused legal advice tailored to client objectives * Contributing to the firm's wider business development and marketing activities * Maintaining the highest standards of client service and technical excellence Profile The Commercial Property Partner should be: * A solicitor with significant post qualification experience, likely operating at Partner level already * Experienced in handling a broad range of commercial property matters including development and investment work * Skilled in managing client relationships and delivering commercially focused advice * Able to demonstrate an existing network of contacts and business development capability * Experienced in winning, retaining and growing client relationships * Prior experience of mentoring team members * Commercially aware with strong strategic thinking skills • Motivated to play a key role in the continued growth of a successful team Job Offer • Salary ranging from £95,000 to £115,000 per annum. • 25 days per year. • Comprehensive pension scheme and healthcare benefits.
