Commercial Property Lawyer • Job Type: Full-time • Location: Worthing (Or Chichester) • Salary: £40,000-£65,000 Join a Legal 500 Firm with a progressive and commercially successful team known for its excellent client care and service. We are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer with over 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property team. Day to Day of the Role: • Handle all aspects of Commercial Property Law. • Establish and build strong client relationships. • Take and action detailed instructions effectively. • Work independently and within a supportive team environment. • Manage interactions with the public, official bodies, and owner-managed businesses with professionalism and confidence. • Maintain high standards of work under pressure, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 1+ year PQE in Commercial Property Law. • Strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook, and Outcome Focused Regulations. • Excellent IT and communication skills. • Ability to quickly absorb information from various sources. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
