Communal Cleaner – Permanent Role Covering: Horndean, Bordon, Liss, Alton, Crawley & surrounding areas Salary: £27,976 per annum + Company Van Hours: 40 per week Contract: Full Time, Permanent Do you take pride in keeping environments clean, safe, and welcoming? We're looking for a Communal Cleaner to join a busy frontline team delivering a first-class service to residents across a variety of communities. What you'll be doing: Cleaning communal areas to a high standard Travelling between sites on a planned rota Using technology to record completed work, including photos and forms Ensuring communal spaces are clean, safe, and presentable for residents Taking ownership of your designated properties and maintaining excellent standards What we're looking for: A positive, self-motivated attitude A passion for cleaning and attention to detail Reliable and able to work independently Comfortable using basic technology for reporting tasks Full UK Driving Licence No two days are the same in this role.
