We are seeking an experienced Communications Business Partner to join a leading not-for-profit organisation on a two-month interim basis. This is a hands-on role for a communications professional who can quickly build stakeholder relationships, deliver impactful communications, and manage SharePoint content from day one.

Description
• Developing and delivering communications plans to support business priorities.
• Producing engaging content for a variety of channels, including intranet, newsletters, email campaigns, websites, and social media.
• Managing and maintaining SharePoint content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and user engagement.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to understand communication requirements.
• Supporting employee engagement, organisational change, and business transformation programmes through effective communications activity.
• Writing, editing, and proofreading a wide range of communications materials.
• Providing communications advice and guidance to managers and senior stakeholders.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of communications activity and recommending improvements where required.
Profile
A successful Internal Communications Manager should have:
• Proven experience within a Communications Business Partner, Communications Officer, Internal Communications, or similar role.
• Strong experience managing and updating SharePoint sites and content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating content across multiple communications channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to support across all areas of a communications function.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
• Previous experience within housing, public sector, or regulated environments would be advantageous.
• Availability to start immediately.
