Job description

Role Overview The Talent Set are delighted to partner with an amazing community focused charity on a fantastic Communications Executive role. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to develop and deliver impactful communication strategies that engage audiences and enhance the organisation's reputation. The successful candidate will contribute to diverse projects across various channels. Key Responsibilities • Develop clear and compelling content for a range of communication channels, including digital, print, and social media. • Support the planning and execution of internal and external communication campaigns. • Assist with the organisation of events, initiatives, and stakeholder engagement activities. • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of communication activities. • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging aligned with organisational goals. • Manage media enquiries and support the organisation’s media relations. • Maintain up-to-date media contacts and assist with media coverage tracking. Person Specification • Proven experience in communications, media, or public relations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences. • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Good judgement and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for working collaboratively. • Proficiency in digital platforms and social media management tools. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and work independently.
