Clinical IV Nurse
Location: Leeds (Community-Based)

We're looking for a registered nurse to deliver specialist care to patients receiving TPN and OPAT in their own homes.
This rewarding community role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, build long-term relationships with patients, and provide expert clinical care, education, and ongoing support that enables patients to manage their treatment safely and confidently.
What You'll Do
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients receiving TPN and OPAT.
• Provide patient and carer education to promote safe self-management.
• Conduct home visits for therapy initiation, follow-up, and clinical assessment.
• Monitor treatment, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and manage clinical equipment.
• Work closely with dietitians, pharmacists, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Escalate clinical concerns appropriately and maintain high standards of governance and patient safety.
About You
• Registered Nurse (NMC or NMBI).
• Minimum one year's post-registration experience.
• Full UK or Irish driving licence.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage your own caseload.
