Community Learning Disability Nurse (Full-time | Part-time)

As a key member of the community team, you will contribute to the delivery of evidence-based interventions, including health assessments, positive behaviour support, and physical health monitoring. You will also play an important role in safeguarding, risk assessment, and supporting individuals during periods of change or crisis. You will receive structured supervision, preceptorship (if newly qualified), and ongoing professional development opportunities, enabling you to build confidence and progress within community learning disability nursing.
