Community Support Officer Fulham, London £15.50 per hour + Holiday Pay Temporary Contract Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Community Support Officer to join a leading supported housing provider working with vulnerable and disabled veterans. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced support professional with a background in homelessness, mental health, substance misuse, supported housing, physical disabilities, or vulnerable adults services. You will play a key role in helping residents maintain their tenancies, develop independent living skills, and engage positively within their local communities. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of residents and act as Lead Worker/Keyworker. Complete support plans, risk assessments, and regular reviews. Support residents to sustain their tenancies and live independently. Liaise with mental health, substance misuse, healthcare, housing, and community services. Assist residents with benefits, welfare support, and access to relevant services. Promote community engagement, social inclusion, training, education, and employment opportunities. Support tenants to build positive relationships with family, friends, and community networks. Maintain accurate records, case notes, and support documentation. Work closely with internal teams and external partner agencies. Safeguard vulnerable adults and manage risk appropriately Interested?
