Company Secretary & Legal Operations Location: Remote working About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Company Secretary to join a growing international business operating in a highly regulated sector. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, you will play a key role in corporate governance, Board support, legal operations and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This is a broad and varied position that combines traditional Company Secretarial responsibilities with legal operations, contract governance and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Corporate Governance & Company Secretariat • Act as Company Secretary (or Deputy Company Secretary) across multiple entities • Manage Board and Committee governance processes end-to-end • Prepare Board packs, meeting materials, resolutions and minutes • Maintain statutory registers and corporate records • Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings • Support governance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Legal Operations & Contract Management • Manage contract and NDA governance processes • Maintain contract registers and key legal records • Monitor contractual obligations, renewals and risk points • Support legal process improvements and workflow efficiencies • Implement robust document management and control procedures Compliance & Risk Management • Support KYC and counterparty due diligence processes • Maintain governance and compliance records • Assist with third-party onboarding and risk assessments • Ensure governance controls remain effective and auditable Stakeholder Engagement • Act as a key point of contact for governance-related matters • Build relationships with Board members, executives and business leaders • Liaise with external advisers and service providers • Support governance reporting and legal risk management activities About You We are particularly interested in speaking with professionally qualified Company Secretaries who can operate confidently in a dynamic and growing organisation.
