As a Company Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards and providing essential support to the board. Description • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for the organisation. • Prepare and manage board meetings, including agenda setting, minutes, and follow-ups. • Maintain statutory books and registers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. • Advise the board and senior management on corporate governance matters. • File necessary documents and returns with Companies House and other authorities. • Act as a liaison between the organisation and external regulators or auditors. • Support the drafting and review of corporate policies and procedures. • Assist in monitoring changes in legislation and advising on their impact.
