Youll have the following skills/experience: • Excellent communication skills in English. • Strong written skills with attention to detail. • Experience in data entry or record keeping. • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally. • Multilingual abilities are a plus. • Previous experience in complaints handling is preferred. • Familiarity with NHS or healthcare environment is advantageous.
