We’re now looking for a Catastrophic Injury Lawyer to join our market-leading Complex Injury Team. This is your opportunity to work on high-value, multi-million-pound claims involving brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, and fatal cases—alongside some of the most respected legal professionals in the field. Your Impact Will Include: • Managing a caseload of serious injury claims including ultra-high-value matters • Advising on liability, quantum, and indemnity issues • Working closely with a Lead Lawyer on multi-million-pound cases • Building strong, trusted relationships with insurer clients • Supporting and developing junior team members • Contributing to initiatives that enhance Keoghs’ market profile What we're looking for We’re seeking a technically strong, commercially aware lawyer who thrives in a high-performance environment. Your Experience & Skills: • Qualified Solicitor (4–8 years’ PQE) or qualified CILEX lawyer • Proven experience working on catastrophic or large loss injury claims • Strong understanding of litigation, case law, and court procedures • Ability to handle or support complex, high-value cases with confidence • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Calm under pressure, with strong prioritisation and organisational ability • Defendant experience is ideal, but strong claimant backgrounds will also be considered We anticipate this role will be appointed up to Senior Associate level; however, this will ultimately depend on the successful candidate’s experience.
