SEN Support - Primary (Complex Needs)
Bradford - BD6 AreaImmediate Start / Ongoing Role
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs? Our supply agency is seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Support Assistant to work with primary-aged pupils who have a range of complex needs in a welcoming school around the BD6 area of Bradford.

About the Role
• Supportingprimary-aged pupils with a variety of complex additional needs, which may include:
• Communication and interaction needs
• Social, emotional, and mental health needs
• Sensory processing differences
• Learning difficulties
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils engage with learning
• Implementing personalised strategies and support plans
• Assisting with behaviour regulation and emotional wellbeing
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
What We're Looking For
• Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a primary setting
• A calm, patient, and consistent approach
• Confidence working with pupils who may display challenging behaviour
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Someone reliable, proactive, and committed to supporting pupil progress
• Teamwork skills and the ability to follow guidance from teaching staff
