Compliance & Food Safety Manager | Beverage Manufacturing Competitive salary DOE East Hampshire | On-site | Full-time I'm partnering with a growing beverage manufacturer to appoint a Compliance & Food Safety Manager. This is a pivotal role leading site-wide compliance, food safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. The Opportunity • Lead and own BRCGS standards, which currently sit at AA grade. • Drive a strong food safety culture and continuous improvement, engaging with senior stakeholders. • Oversee the site H&S, audits, and regulatory compliance in a fast-scaling environment. • Partner cross-functionally to ensure best-in-class standards across operations.
