Compliance Manager Location: Central London Hours: Full time, permanent role – Hybrid (3 days per week on-site) Sector: Construction About the Role We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join a growing organisation and take ownership of its compliance, accreditation and ESG activities. This role offers the opportunity to lead compliance across the business, ensuring systems, processes and documentation remain audit-ready and aligned with business, client and regulatory requirements. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will manage key accreditations, coordinate audits, drive continuous improvement initiatives, support ESG reporting, and provide compliance input for bids and tenders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing processes, improving governance and making a visible impact within a growing business. About You You will have experience managing compliance, quality or accreditation frameworks, along with a strong understanding of ISO standards. We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation. Experience supporting audits, maintaining compliance systems and driving process improvements is essential. Experience with ESG reporting, industry accreditation schemes and tender support would be advantageous.
