Compliance Monitoring Administrator - (Part-time)

A well respected International bank based in the heart of the City of London have a part-time maternity contract role within their busy Compliance team. This is a hybrid role (2 days in the office 3 days from home), working 2-3 hours every day. Interested applicants must be available at short notice as well as having gained 1-2 years proven Compliance Monitoring work experience within a banking environment coupled with strong knowledge of FCA regulations & Monitoring. Duties will include:- • Complete scheduled daily compliance monitoring checks in accordance with documented procedures. • Monitor investment guideline and regulatory reports using internal monitoring systems. • Review automated compliance reports and identify exceptions. • Escalate any breaches, warnings or unusual findings. • Maintain records of monitoring activities. • Monitor investment restriction reports. • Review issuer limits, liquidity limits and other automated monitoring reports. • Escalate any breaches to the Compliance team. Good Excel skills are required.
