We are recruiting a Compliance Officer to join a social housing provider on a temp basis, for an initial 3 months. Hourly rate and weekly pay. Hybrid working, driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also required. Your new role You'll be part of the Compliance Team, making sure our asset and property data is accurate, up to date and working hard for the business. You'll support the Compliance Lead in building and maintaining a solid compliance data strategy, keep our asset registers aligned, and make sure any changes are picked up quickly and shared with the right people. You'll own the smoke and CO alarm register, run daily system checks, carry out weekly audits, manage purchase orders, and keep our core systems moving. You'll also support system improvements, help shape dashboards, and produce clear weekly and month-end KPI reports that feed directly into senior leadership updates. Alongside this, you'll train colleagues, improve data quality across the team, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What you'll need to succeed • Strong analytical skills - able to turn raw data into clear, meaningful insight. • Confidence working with complex datasets - retrieving, checking, cleaning and presenting information. • Advanced Excel skills - formulas, lookups, pivot tables, the lot. • Understanding of KPIs and how to report performance accurately. • Experience managing records and keeping documentation tight and reliable. • Recognised ICT systems/solutions training qualification. • Experience in social housing or a property-based environment.
