Job description

Morgan Hunt currently require a Compliance Project Coordinator for Housing Trust based in North London on a Temporary basis Pay Rate : £27.94ph Ltd Hours:35 hrs Mon to Fri - 9am and 17.00pm - Hybrid working available 2 days a week and 3 days office based. Location: North London Duration : 6 months on going contract Key Responsibilities: Establish baselines for compliance workstreams. Set up reconciliation processes. Liaise with other departments to gather and establish information about properties. Provide feedback to the data team. Collaborate with Compliance teams and contractors. Required Qualifications and Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel at a moderate level. Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Experience working in the housing sector. Experience in Compliance roles. Familiarity with compliance monitoring software. Additional Information: Reporting Structure: Reports to the EMA Compliance Manager. Project Management: Multiple projects to resolve different baseline positions, running one at a time. Work Environment: Highly collaborative role with technical support provided as necessary. Extension Opportunity: Successful project delivery may lead to an extension of the role.
