Concession Manager Benefits: • Salary of up to £34,000 per year • Travel allowance • Bonus potential (monthly and annual) • BUPA healthcare • Excellent opportunities to grow within a thriving luxury retail brand • Employee discounts • A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and innovation Key Responsibilities of a Concession Manager: • Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance • Deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor • Manage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performance • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management • Build relationships within the store What we are Looking for: • Experience as Concession Manager, Assistant Manager or Store Manager within a customer focused premium or luxury retail environment • A passionate and inspiring individual • Proven ability to drive sales and meet retail targets. • Experience in clientelling and a strong understanding of CRM • Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development • Excellent communication and organisational skills If you are a passionate and results-driven retail leader, we want to hear from you!
