The post holder will have the option to join the General Physician on-call rota (1 in 16) for non-selected acute take. This consists of post-take ward rounds in the morning and then post-take ward rounds mid-day & evening. A formal Job Plan will be agreed between the appointee and their Clinical Director, onbehalf of the Medical Director, within three months after the commencement date of theappointee. This will be signed by the Clinical Director and will be effective from thecommencement date of the appointment. The Job Plan will then be reviewed annually,following the Appraisal Meeting.
